A morning visit to Barrington Court, a 16th century house rescued by Colonel Lyle of Tate and Lyle family. Splendid walled garden and independently run Artisan workshops. Café, restaurant and picnic area. Nearby Dillington House in the afternoon where we shall have a talk about the history of the Elizabethan house, learn about the facilities and enjoy tea and cake. Free time to wander round the grounds and view the award-winning modern building. Opportunity to learn about the range of courses, concerts and talks at this interesting venue.
