About BoA Arts Association

Bradford on Avon Arts Association encourages the enjoyment of all things artistic, especially fine and applied arts, sculpture, architecture and literature. The Association also takes an active part in the life of the town.

Meetings are held monthly, from September to June, with talks from professional and well-informed speakers. Topics are wide-ranging: you might hear a talk on Caravaggio, Shakespeare or the history of writing.

Coach Trips

Coach trips are organised throughout the year to galleries, museums, country houses and other places of interest. Members have travelled to the Dulwich Picture Gallery and Strawberry Hill House. London and Oxford are regular destinations.

Supporting other groups

The Association regularly makes donations to other Bradford organisations. We have assisted the Arts Festival, Bradford Choral Society and recently the Special Schools Project at Wiltshire Music Centre which works with children with profound learning disabilities.
